About the role

Nabd Al Khaleej Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join its Baghdad office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present market insights.
• Negotiate terms and close deals on behalf of clients.
• Perform market research and analysis to advise clients on pricing and trends.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide training and updates to clients on current market conditions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate or property transactions.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Baghdad real‑estate market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
