Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to lead the measurement, estimation and cost‑control activities for our mechanical works. The successful candidate will ensure accurate quantity take‑offs, commercial evaluation and contract compliance across industrial, oil & gas and power projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare precise quantity take‑offs, measurements and cost estimations for mechanical work scopes.
• Analyze and evaluate mechanical drawings, specifications and project material variations.
• Review, verify and process subcontractor invoices, client progress billings and timesheets.
• Support the commercial team in preparing variation orders and regular financial progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor within industrial, oil & gas or power projects.
• Strong proficiency in mechanical estimation software and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
• Good communication and contract negotiation skills in English.
