Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller ensures that every vehicle leaving the SAS Toyota Dealer meets Toyota’s strict quality standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing defects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of incoming and in‑stock vehicles to verify compliance with Toyota specifications.
• Document and report any defects, damages, or imperfections and coordinate prompt corrective actions with service technicians.
• Conduct pre‑delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles to guarantee readiness for customer hand‑over.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle inventory and support regular quality audits.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management for continuous improvement of quality processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of automotive after‑sales/service experience.
• Preferred Toyota/Lexus technical certifications and a background as a Diagnostic Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
