Quality Controller – Automotive Service

About the role

The Quality Controller ensures that all automotive repairs and maintenance performed at SAS Toyota in Mosul meet the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism and compliance with company quality policies. This role involves inspecting work, developing quality standards, and coordinating with technicians to maintain consistent service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quality standards for all maintenance operations and ensure their implementation.
• Create and monitor safety regulations, promote safe working practices and manage identified risks.
• Conduct testing and inspection to verify that maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule and process requirements.
• Track issues related to low‑quality maintenance, report deviations from required quality levels to the supervisor.
• Ensure employees receive training in quality management to achieve effective and cost‑integrated processes.
• Prepare technical reports on examination results, control processes and inspection of repair operations.

Required profile

• Toyota Pro Technician Certification (mandatory); Toyota Master Technician / Diagnostic certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive service/maintenance experience, preferably within Toyota dealerships.
• Hands‑on experience with diagnostic tools, quality inspection and technical troubleshooting.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic and Kurdish are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles, systems and service standards.
• Valid driving licence.
