Quality Controller – Automotive Service

About the role

The Quality Controller ensures that all automotive repairs and maintenance activities at SAS Toyota – Mosul meet the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company quality policies. The role involves inspecting work, monitoring safety practices, and guaranteeing that technicians follow established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards for all maintenance operations.
• Create and monitor safety regulations, promote safe working practices, and clarify risk management.
• Conduct testing and inspection to verify that maintenance tasks are performed according to schedule and process requirements.
• Track low‑quality maintenance issues, assess technician deviations, and report findings to the direct superior.
• Ensure all employees receive training in quality management to support effective and cost‑integrated processes.
• Prepare technical reports on examination results, control processes, and inspection outcomes.
• Perform any related tasks as requested by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Toyota Pro Technician Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of automotive service/maintenance experience, preferably within Toyota dealerships.
• Hands‑on experience with diagnostic tools, quality inspection, and technical troubleshooting.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic and Kurdish are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles, systems, and service standards, with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driving licence.
