Quality Auditor II

About the role

The Quality Auditor II will be based in Iraq and will monitor program performance against contractual and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the auditor conducts surveillance audits, analyses data, and drives continuous improvement across functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit surveillances in assigned functional or operational areas and verify compliance with the PWS and ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Monitor internal inspection programs and prepare detailed audit/surveillance reports.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive action plans, and perform follow‑up audits to confirm effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship to Quality Auditor I and act as Quality Lead when required.
• Gather and analyze performance data, recommending actions to improve processes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (or higher) with ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification (or ability to obtain).
• At least 5 years of contracting experience, including 3‑5 years of auditing in a DoD environment.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR, ISO 9001:2015, and DoD regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a host‑nation license.
