QHSSE Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QHSSE Manager to lead the transformation of our Integrated Management System (IMS). The role involves a full overhaul of our QHSSE framework, aligning it with the latest international standards and ensuring our testing, inspection and certification services remain industry benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of the current QHSSE Manual against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Draft, update and streamline IMS documentation to create a cohesive digital ecosystem for asset management.
• Implement the revised system across all business units, ensuring field teams comply with global safety and quality standards.
• Establish and manage an internal audit programme and prepare for external certification and client audits.
• Develop advanced risk assessment protocols for high‑risk oil & gas environments, including radiation and pressure‑vessel safety.
• Promote a “Safety First” culture through training, workshops and KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QHSE Management or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of QHSSE experience, with at least 5 years in the TIC industry.
• Proven implementation of ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001/45001; NEBOSH International Diploma preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods (UT, RT, MPI, LPI) and inspection standards (API, ASME, AWS).
