PTW Coordinator – Oil & Gas Project (Iraq)

About the role

The PTW Coordinator will support a major oil & gas infrastructure project in Iraq, ensuring that all project documentation related to permits‑to‑work, infrastructure and pipeline activities is properly managed, traceable and accessible. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of document control and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project document management system.
• Classify, index, archive and distribute project documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
• Support audits, inspections and documentation reviews.
• Monitor document control performance and suggest improvements.
• Train project teams and contractors on document control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, contractual requirements and HSE expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in PTW coordination, preferably on oil & gas projects.
• At least 3 years managing document control for large‑scale infrastructure or pipeline projects.
• Degree or diploma in Document Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
