About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security operations in Iraq. The role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to work in hostile or volatile environments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee security operations and contractual security deliverables.
- Manage contracts, quality control, reporting and implementation of operational plans.
- Lead crisis management and response in high‑risk situations.
- Supervise human resources, finance, logistics, training and other operational functions.
- Direct teams of 10 + personnel, ensuring safety and mission success.
Required profile
- EU nationality with recent hands‑on experience working in Iraq.
- Ability to obtain EU Confidential security clearance.
- University degree or equivalent military, police or security education.
- Minimum 10 years professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management position on an international hostile mission.
- Proven leadership of security operations and crisis management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Operational familiarity with GPS systems.
- Experience using Google tools for planning and reporting.
