About the role

We are looking for a qualified fire safety professional to lead the on‑site fire protection program. The role involves establishing fire safety systems, planning prevention measures and ensuring readiness for emergencies across a multicultural crew.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the on‑site fire safety system, including fire prevention control plans and annual fire drill schedules.
• Manage the fire‑fighting team, arranging shifts and daily work for Chinese, foreign and local crew to meet labor localization requirements.
• Liaise with the project HSE department, complete fire safety reports, rectify hidden risks and coordinate safety inspections.
• Organise fire safety training for all site personnel and schedule regular calibration of fire‑fighting equipment, including spare‑part applications.
• Take unified command for all emergency incidents and coordinate communications with local safety supervision authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading fire safety programs on construction or industrial sites.
• Ability to manage a multicultural fire‑fighting team and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Strong coordination skills with HSE departments and external safety authorities.
• Experience in planning and conducting fire drills and emergency response exercises.
