Program Logistics and Property Manager

About the role

The Program Logistics and Property Manager will be based in Baghdad, Iraq, overseeing all supply‑chain and property functions for a critical client mission. Reporting to Program Management, the role ensures that material controls, shipments, and inventory processes meet contractual and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor material controls, SOPs, and OSHA standards across multiple sites.
• Establish performance baselines and KPIs for logistics and property functions; conduct monthly trend analysis.
• Track equipment and material shipments, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Review project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare regular performance and compliance reports.
• Escalate emerging risks through structured briefings to senior leadership.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring logistics failures and develop corrective action plans with defined milestones.
• Direct a diverse team of employees assigned to the program.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics and property management, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOW, SOP, and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze data, identify performance trends, and produce concise briefings.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse workforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting to senior management.
