Program Coordinator

About the role

AUIB is looking for a dynamic Program Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day academic delivery of its Academic Success Program. The role involves supporting instructors, coordinating curriculum implementation, overseeing assessments, and fostering high standards of teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily academic delivery, ensuring consistent curriculum, assessment, and policy implementation.
• Conduct classroom observations, provide feedback, and deliver professional development for instructors.
• Develop assessment templates, prepare assessments, and manage moderation activities.
• Collaborate with the Director and Curriculum Coordinator to implement curriculum updates.
• Monitor teaching quality, offer academic guidance, facilitate instructor collaboration, and provide teaching cover when needed.

Required profile

• Leadership ability to inspire and coach instructors.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset to build strong working relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using Student Information Systems (SIS).
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
