Production Supervisor – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our multi‑discipline Asset Operations Team. You will work on unconventional plays and mature oil and gas fields, applying innovative technologies to maximize daily production while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production history, well files, decline‑curve and nodal analyses to estimate reserves and identify workover candidates.
• Select and implement production technologies, including completion systems, artificial lift equipment, and enhanced recovery techniques.
• Optimize well performance, water disposal, chemical injection, waterflood performance and artificial lift operations on a daily basis.
• Evaluate equipment and procedural modifications to improve safety, efficiency and reliability, ensuring compliance with statutory and company standards.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork with reservoir engineers, production geologists and field personnel.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in geology, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of industry experience in production operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with geologists, engineers, contractors and asset teams.
