Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Erbil. The role involves overseeing the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and efficient use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the factory production process.
• Implement production planning and monitor order delivery timelines.
• Lead production operators and supervisors.
• Monitor machine and manpower productivity.
• Control quality throughout production.
• Reduce waste, defects, and rework.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, QC, and sales departments.
• Maintain order, discipline, and safety in the production area.
• Record and follow up production processes in the Odoo system.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing factory.
• Resident of Erbil.
• Familiarity with industrial metalworking, sheet metal processing, bending, punching, and painting processes.
• Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
