Product Marketing Manager – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Retail Banking to own the go‑to‑market strategy of our consumer product portfolio at RTB Bank. You will be the voice of our retail products—savings, current accounts, personal and auto loans, and card products—ensuring they win in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging for all retail banking products tailored to Iraqi and Kurdish customer segments.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including internal readiness, sales training, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, branch, outdoor, and WhatsApp channels.
• Plan and execute data‑driven marketing campaigns to achieve acquisition, activation, and retention targets.
• Train branch staff, relationship managers, and contact‑center teams on product features, competitive advantages, and objection handling.
• Brief and approve all product collateral—brochures, sales sheets, website content, social assets, and scripts—ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.
• Track campaign ROI, cost‑per‑acquisition, and product‑level customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT); report monthly to leadership and recommend adjustments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of retail banking products (deposits, lending, cards) and the local Iraqi/Kurdistan market dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial products into simple, compelling customer messaging.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience leading cross‑functional launches.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
