Product Marketing Manager – Corporate & SME Banking

About the role

RTB Bank is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, launch and growth of its corporate and SME banking portfolio in Iraq. The role sits at the intersection of Corporate Banking and Marketing, driving go‑to‑market strategies for products such as corporate lending, trade finance, cash management and payroll solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define corporate value proposition and messaging for corporate and SME banking solutions.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market and demand‑generation plans in partnership with product, sales and senior leadership.
• Build sales enablement assets (pitch decks, product sheets, battle cards, proposal templates) for relationship managers.
• Plan and run B2B marketing campaigns (events, digital outreach, executive roundtables) to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes and market trends, feeding insights into product roadmap.
• Produce executive‑level reporting on product performance, campaign ROI and market penetration.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of product marketing or B2B financial services marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of corporate banking products such as trade finance, working capital, cash management, corporate lending and treasury solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with C‑level executives and business audiences.
• Experience in sales enablement and training frontline corporate sales teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, dashboards and financial modeling.
