Procurement & Logistics Officer – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Procurement & Logistics Officer to strengthen our supply‑chain operations at Noor Al‑Nibras Concentrated Perfumes Trading Company. The role will focus on sourcing, supplier management and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and compare quotations.
• Create and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipments from order placement through final delivery, tracking ETD, ETA and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records and generate regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee efficient supply operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in procurement and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, import procedures and logistics documentation.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
