Presales Engineer (Iraq)

About the role

TP-Link is looking for a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join its team in Iraq. You will provide technical support, conduct product training, lead proof‑of‑concept projects and design wireless solutions that meet customers’ business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical support to customers both remotely and onsite.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers, system integrators and end‑users.
• Lead POC and IoT activities at customer locations.
• Design wireless solutions using predictive heatmaps and perform site surveys.
• Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on heatmap designs or equivalent solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, sales support and service teams to align solution design with business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in wireless networking and physical security.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, technical support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of networking products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
