Prepaid Portfolio Manager

About the role

The Prepaid Portfolio Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for prepaid customers across mass‑market and high‑value segments in Sulaymaniyah. The role focuses on using customer insights, data analysis and market research to drive acquisition, revenue growth, retention and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch products, promotional campaigns and customer‑engagement activities.
• Own end‑to‑end development of prepaid propositions and Go‑To‑Market plans.
• Design and implement marketing plans, tactics and quantitative/qualitative assessments of target‑market needs.
• Track performance of products by region and city, ensuring base and market‑share growth in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop and execute retention and growth strategies for high‑value customers, including journey design and ARPU improvement.
• Drive usage‑stimulation campaigns for data, voice and digital content, and manage CSAT initiatives.
• Work with commercial teams to identify product enhancements, channel issues and new consumer‑market demands.
• Analyse competitive activity and recommend service improvements for the Iraqi market.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing prepaid product portfolios and marketing strategies in the telecom sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into commercial actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
