Physical Access Control Systems Lead

About the role

The Physical Access Control Systems Lead will oversee the security operations at Entry Control Point One and Yabani Bridge within the Majnoon Field. The role focuses on assessing and developing the competence of BOC security personnel, ensuring compliance with security plans, and maintaining safe access protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Majnoon Field security plan and ensure day‑to‑day compliance.
• Lead, mentor and train BOC security staff, including on‑the‑job training and accredited courses.
• Coordinate with BOC Human Resources to meet all administrative and personnel needs.
• Maintain relationships with BOC assignees, fostering open communication on community and safety issues.
• Engage with stakeholders such as MoI, OPF, OoI and other assigned parties.
• Develop, update and enforce the ECP1 Security Plan, SOPs and access‑control procedures.
• Control operational access at Entry Control Point and Yabani Bridge, working with OPF Integration Lead and DS1 Security Manager.
• Conduct compliance checks for oil‑field passes (personnel and vehicle) and ensure all activities follow legal, company and VPSHR guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in oil‑field or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to work within international, national and company regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills.
