Outdoor Sales Representative – Baghdad

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to drive the growth of its international fragrance brand in Baghdad, Iraq. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners while achieving sales targets in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers and business partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth in Baghdad.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Provide follow‑up service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market activities, gather feedback on customer needs and competitor actions.
• Represent Dr. Scent professionally and strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Baghdad market and customer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑oriented.
