Operations Manager – Delivery Platform

About the role

Tarish is a fast‑growing delivery platform that connects merchants with professional drivers across Baghdad. We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, improve service quality, and scale performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and service quality.
• Lead and supervise dispatch, customer support, and operations teams.
• Improve delivery times and overall operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Build and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze performance data and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Driver teams.
• Drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of operations or logistics management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing teams and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in delivery, logistics, e‑commerce, or technology companies is highly preferred.
