Offline Marketing Associate

About the role

Rahal, the travel mini‑app operating within Iraq’s Super Qi ecosystem, is looking for an Offline Marketing Associate to bring the brand to life on the ground. You will be the eyes and ears in high‑traffic locations such as airports, city centers and events, turning real‑world moments into app awareness and downloads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute offline activations including airport counters, baggage‑carousel placements and city‑wide events.
• Recruit, train and manage a small team of promoters, handling day‑of logistics and briefing.
• Identify local holidays, festivals and travel peaks to create timely activation opportunities.
• Design and run traveler surveys during activations to capture demand signals and leads.
• Compile activation reports covering reach, leads, spend and recommendations.
• Secure venue permissions, manage staffing schedules, materials and safety requirements.
• Build relationships with airport authorities, venue operators and event organizers.
• Align offline activities with the broader marketing calendar.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, events or on‑ground brand activation.
• Proven ability to run activations independently from location scouting to post‑event reporting.
• Comfortable leading a small team in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for approaching strangers and pitching in person.
• Physically able to stand, walk and work in high‑traffic areas for extended periods, including early mornings, evenings or weekends.

• Basic data literacy – ability to turn survey forms or lead sheets into clear, actionable summaries.
• Effective communication and team‑management capabilities.
