Medical Scientific Liaison – Scientific Partner for Healthcare Professionals

About the role

We are seeking a scientifically driven Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to act as a trusted medical partner for healthcare professionals and internal teams. In this position you will deliver high‑quality scientific information, build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and support the execution of medical affairs strategies within assigned therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate, balanced, evidence‑based medical information on assigned products.
• Conduct regular field visits to gather medical insights and share latest clinical data.
• Organize and participate in scientific meetings, advisory boards, roundtables, and educational events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to align business objectives.
• Deliver scientific training and medical education to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support clinical research, non‑interventional studies, and post‑marketing activities as needed.
• Report medical insights, adverse events, and market intelligence in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong scientific knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel and maintain a regular field presence.
