Marketing Officer – Full-Time (Erbil)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to join our team in Erbil. Working directly with the Marketing Supervisor, you will help drive the company’s brand presence and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and produce high‑quality photography that aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Plan, launch, monitor and analyse paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Assist in the organization of conferences, product launches and other marketing events, handling both logistical and creative aspects.
• Support the Marketing Supervisor in the end‑to‑end execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Perform additional department‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in photography and social‑media marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid social media advertising.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, Kurdish and English.
• Willingness to travel and relocate when needed.

Required skills

• Professional photography and visual content production.
• Social‑media advertising and campaign management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Social‑media analytics and performance‑reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital‑marketing principles.
• Event planning and coordination.
