Marketing Manager (Mobile Division)

About the role

Master Store is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its Mobile Division. The role focuses on building brand awareness, acquiring customers, and driving business growth through innovative campaigns and data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for mobile products and services.
• Lead branding, advertising, and communications across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan and manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies and media partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in mobile, telecom or digital sectors.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and project‑management skills.
