Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy for operations in Iraq. You will work closely with the Dubai marketing team to drive brand growth across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and calendars aligned with business goals.
• Manage online and offline initiatives, track ROI and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce brand‑consistent marketing materials.
• Oversee local marketing budgets and coordinate with agencies for events and activations.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and stay updated on local trends.
• Optimize efforts to improve customer engagement across all channels.
• Report performance insights to the Head of Marketing in Dubai.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in both digital and traditional channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record managing campaigns, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of the Iraqi market and digital trends is a plus.
