Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to own and drive the full‑stack marketing strategy for Harrir, Iraq’s emerging fashion e‑commerce app. The role will shape the brand narrative, acquire new users, and increase engagement across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end‑to‑end marketing plan covering acquisition, retention and brand building.
• Lead a creative team consisting of a Marketing Coordinator, Copywriter, Graphic Designer and Video Shooter/Editor.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns that generate app installs, user engagement and repeat purchases.
• Define the brand voice, maintain the content calendar and coordinate launch plans for new categories and features.
• Monitor performance metrics, calculate ROI and report on campaign impact to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience marketing a mobile app, preferably in a fast‑growth environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional creative teams.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and excellent communication in Arabic and English.
