Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join Mövenpick Hotel Al Zaytoon Baghdad. In this role you will shape and deliver marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage guests, and support the hotel’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with local and international media, managing media lists across travel, leisure, lifestyle and business sectors.
• Create and distribute news releases, press kits and other media materials, coordinating placements to secure press coverage.
• Manage and regularly update the hotel’s website, ensuring content is current, engaging and optimised for target audiences.
• Produce marketing collateral such as newsletters, brochures, social‑media content and in‑room information guides.
• Monitor news coverage and competitive landscape, analysing media mentions and sharing insights internally.
• Develop and maintain photo and electronic libraries of leadership, products and key assets.
• Act as spokesperson for the organisation when designated.
