Marketing Director – Lead Strategy & Growth

About the role

The Marketing Director will lead end‑to‑end marketing strategy, execution and performance management to drive sustainable revenue growth, market‑share expansion and customer‑lifecycle value. The role owns commercial outcomes such as Revenue, ARPU and Subscriber Growth and builds a data‑driven, agile, digitally‑led marketing organisation aligned with corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Full accountability for revenue, ARPU, gross adds, net adds and customer lifetime value across prepaid, postpaid, VAS and digital services.
• Define and execute annual and three‑year marketing strategy road‑maps, including digital transformation initiatives such as app growth, AI‑led personalization and automation.
• Lead product launches and multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across retail, digital and indirect channels.
• Build and lead a high‑performance marketing team, developing capabilities in data analytics, digital marketing and customer‑lifecycle management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Technology and Finance to ensure strategy‑execution consistency.
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards covering revenue, ARPU, churn, retention, digital contribution and campaign ROI, and report to C‑level executives.
• Establish KPI governance framework, drive performance reviews and maintain real‑time visibility of key metrics.
