Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our marketing activities. The role will assist in implementing campaigns, coordinating events, managing digital content, and supporting the sales team to boost brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for promotional materials.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms and website content.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organise exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and product launches.
• Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate printing, branding, and distribution of marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
• Track leads generated from marketing activities and provide performance updates.
• Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
