About the role
We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for Small Village. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on brand and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with internal teams and external service providers.
- Assist in managing social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Follow up with media and content teams on texts, images, and videos before publishing.
- Support monitoring of paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track key performance indicators.
- Ensure marketing materials align with branding standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to maintain message consistency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a coordination role.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with Instagram Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Ads.
