About the role
The Oncology & Hematology Brand Manager will lead cross‑indication marketing strategies for AbbVie’s Oncology and Hematology portfolio. This role ensures alignment with global and regional plans, drives portfolio growth, and maximizes patient impact across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement cross‑indication brand strategies that support overall portfolio objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, materials, and digital initiatives for multiple indications.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting to unique market dynamics and patient needs.
- Track brand performance against KPIs, prepare long‑range plans and forecasts, and adjust tactics as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, payers, and internal cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with other brand managers to support Jordan and other distributor markets, and provide training to sales teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in oncology and hematology brand management.
- Strong knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles, including digital marketing.
- Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable, realistic initiatives.
