About the role
This position combines strategic marketing with direct client interaction. You will drive marketing campaigns, ensure consistent brand messaging, and act as the primary liaison for client communications.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, aligning marketing communications with their objectives and gathering feedback.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, drafting and proofreading content for emails, presentations, social media, newsletters, and reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external vendors to ensure all materials meet brand guidelines.
- Manage digital platforms, track performance metrics, and prepare internal reports with recommendations.
- Work closely with sales and design teams to coordinate campaign timing and support events, webinars, and outreach initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or client‑communication role; agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools.
