Maintenance & Field Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance & Field Service Specialist to join our team in Iraq. The role focuses on supporting digital maintenance and field service operations in asset‑intensive environments, ensuring that preventive and corrective activities are aligned with modern digital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance digital maintenance and field service solutions.
• Align field operations with digital workflows and business processes.
• Assist preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mobile field service applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Conduct testing in offline and low‑connectivity environments.
• Provide user training, support User Acceptance Testing and manage change initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or field service within asset‑intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of preventive & corrective maintenance, work order management, mobile/field service applications and digital maintenance workflows.
• Experience with SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle Maintenance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar EAM/CMMS solutions (preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Preferred background in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy or Infrastructure projects.
