About the role
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team at the Slemani Rotana hotel. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas to support smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk‑in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, corridors, and holding areas.
- Maintain and clean operational equipment used in food preparation.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure a coordinated workflow.
- Follow duty schedules and shift patterns as assigned.
- Execute stewarding tasks according to provided instructions, minimizing waste, breakage and spoilage.
Required profile
- Vocational training in Food & Beverage or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Kitchen Steward.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene standards.
