Junior Sales Executive

About the role

A motivated and proactive Junior Sales Executive is sought to join the team in Erbil. You will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, handling inquiries, following up on leads and assisting with client onboarding. You will work closely with senior sales team members and internal departments to build client relationships, support sales activities and help improve sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with potential clients and sales leads.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Assist in presenting the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and customer interactions.
• Support the preparation of basic sales reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate with senior sales team members on sales opportunities and follow-ups.
• Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Work with internal teams to help resolve client questions and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Help improve sales processes, materials and customer communication.
• Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or a related field is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred.
• Previous exposure to trading, forex, financial markets or fintech is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-focused mindset.

Required skills

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Good communication, negotiation, organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation and client follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems or similar tools.
