Junior HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department in Iraq. The role offers exposure to the full HR lifecycle within a fast‑growing real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews, conduct initial HR interviews, and prepare offer documents.
• Coordinate onboarding: collect documentation, arrange inductions, and ensure IT and facilities are ready for new hires.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, probation tracking and update HR databases.
• Prepare HR letters such as employment certificates, salary certificates, and warning letters.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and support resolution of concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and company policies; assist with internal and external audits.
• Generate weekly and monthly HR reports covering recruitment, onboarding, leave, and employee movements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, specifically in the real‑estate sector.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee records management.
• Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.
