About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to keep our supply chain healthy across Iraq. This hands‑on, working‑manager position requires you to plan demand, maintain real‑time inventory accuracy, lead a small warehouse team, protect cold‑chain integrity, and be present on the warehouse floor during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan demand with Sales, set reorder points, and ensure stock availability for consumables, reagents, diagnostic kits, ultrasound consumables, and critical spare parts.
• Lead a two‑person warehouse team in Erbil and Baghdad, set goals, conduct weekly one‑on‑ones, certify new storekeepers, and manage coverage plans.
• Maintain accurate records in NetSuite through disciplined cycle counting, landed‑cost capture, and full serial, lot, and expiry traceability.
• Protect cold‑chain integrity from arrival to delivery, logging and investigating any excursions.
• Manage vendor performance, coordinate letters of credit with Finance, and handle customs documentation with clearing agents.
• Drive down obsolete inventory, keep inventory value within agreed bands, and report weekly inventory health to leadership.
• Document core inventory workflows as SOPs and keep them up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated distribution business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional English; Kurdish is a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Erbil and travel to Baghdad roughly once a month.
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor when the team needs assistance.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with an ERP system, NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
