Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer supports recruitment activities and daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee administration, attendance tracking, and HR documentation. The role works closely with the HR Supervisor to deliver effective HR services in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: source, screen, interview, select, and onboard candidates.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements on appropriate channels.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, letters, and certificates; ensure data accuracy in the HR Management System (HRMS).
• Support onboarding, transfers, and off‑boarding processes.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and generate regular reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and provide administrative support.
• Prepare HR correspondence in English, Arabic, and Kurdish; update job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist the HR Supervisor with HR projects and departmental documentation.
