About the role
The HRMS Support specialist provides advanced technical and functional assistance for the organization’s Human Resources Management System, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. The role ensures data accuracy, system efficiency, and user satisfaction while supporting system updates, integrations, and enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
- Provide day‑to‑day troubleshooting and support for end‑users.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Assist in system testing, data migration, and go‑live activities.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data security compliance, and generate custom reports.
- Analyze system data to support HR business decisions.
- Coordinate updates, workflow automation, and enhancements with IT and HR teams.
- Liaise with SAP providers and external vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a SAP System Administrator or similar HRMS support role.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work across teams.
Required skills
- SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) configuration.
- SAP module configuration and user access management.
- Excel proficiency.
- SAP reporting tools.
- Workflow customization.
- System integration experience.
- Understanding of SAP project lifecycle.
