HR & Training Leader

About the role

The HR & Training Leader drives employee relations, resolves HR issues, and supports legal and HR teams on labor and employment matters. This role also creates innovative conflict‑resolution approaches, implements the Global Employee Relations agenda locally, and leads employee recognition programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute reward programs to boost motivation and engagement in partnership with the HR business partner.
• Ensure timely completion of annual performance appraisals and probation evaluations.
• Design and implement the station’s annual training plan and maintain country succession plans.
• Monitor turnover, analyse hiring trends, and produce manpower plans for recruitment tracking.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
• Oversee renewal of legal documents in coordination with the PRO team.
• Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters, draft and negotiate employment contracts, offer letters, and termination agreements.
• Research legal issues, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and handle grievances and investigations.
• Act as an unbiased third party to resolve workplace conflicts and advise managers on best employee‑relations practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations and labor‑law compliance.
• Strong ability to design and deliver training on employee‑relations topics.
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills for handling grievances and disputes.
• Capability to collaborate with legal, HR, and management teams.
