About the role
EVYAP is seeking an HR Generalist & Admin Specialist to manage end‑to‑end personnel administration and support daily office operations in Iraq. You will ensure compliance with local labor legislation while providing reliable HR services to the workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Administer personnel processes in line with local labor law and company policies.
- Execute payroll activities, including salary calculations, benefits, bonuses, leave, and advances.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and organizational data.
- Coordinate with government authorities for documentation, legal notifications, and compliance.
- Monitor labor‑law updates and align HR practices accordingly.
- Manage private health insurance and compulsory individual pension processes.
- Support payroll reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with finance.
- Assist recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and orientation.
- Contribute to performance management, learning & development, and compensation processes.
- Handle office administration, procurement, and general operational tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries and support employee‑relations activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor law and payroll practices.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Required skills
- SAP HR or other HR management systems.
