About the role
The Human Resources Administrative Specialist will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while providing essential administrative support to the HR team. This role combines front‑desk duties with HR file management, interview coordination, and general office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain employee files, schedule interviews, and record daily attendance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and keep electronic records up to date.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High flexibility, strong organization, and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
