About the role

The Head of Sales will lead Nabd Al Khaleej Properties' real estate sales operations, driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This senior position oversees strategy development, broker relationships, and team performance across residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet company objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial property projects.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with brokers, agencies, and strategic sales partners.
• Ensure effective lead management and CRM discipline across the sales department.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role within real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Experience managing sales teams and broker networks.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.
