Hair Care Advisor & Social Media Customer Care

About the role

This full‑time position based in Baghdad combines expert hair‑care consulting with digital customer support. You will guide customers on scalp health, recommend personalized treatment plans, and manage inquiries across social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional hair and scalp consultations, diagnosing issues and suggesting appropriate products.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns on social media platforms, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Develop and recommend customized hair‑care routines and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high‑quality customer experience.
• Prepare monthly reports summarising feedback, FAQs, consultation trends and performance metrics.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends and new innovations in the hair‑care and trichology market.
• Balance on‑site duties with remote evening follow‑ups to maintain fast response times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, trichology, dermo‑cosmetics or medical customer care.
• Strong knowledge of hair loss, scalp conditions, hair growth cycles and treatment options.
• Excellent communication, consultation and persuasive skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to assess concerns through online consultations, ask diagnostic questions and refer cases when necessary.
• Fluency in Arabic.
