Medical Imaging Devices Service & Applications Team (CT, MRI)

About the role

The Medical Imaging Devices Service & Applications Team supports the implementation, operation, and technical performance of United Imaging Healthcare medical imaging systems across Iraq. The role involves service, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, clinical applications, and user support for various imaging modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot CT, MRI, X‑Ray and other medical imaging systems.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support and detailed service records.
• Diagnose equipment issues, coordinate with technical resources and ensure timely resolution.
• Support customers during system installation, commissioning and operational phases, including training and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications and internal teams to deliver high‑quality customer support.
• Travel to customer sites across Iraq as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or related field.
• Relevant experience in medical equipment, diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Iraq and work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of CT, MRI and X‑Ray imaging systems.
• Installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for imaging hardware and software.
• Clinical application support and user training.
