Growth Manager – Telecoms, VAS & Gaming (Relocation to Iraq)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and digital services provider in Erbil to hire a Growth Manager. You will own the development and execution of growth strategies for the company’s VAS, gaming and other digital products, driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver growth plans for VAS, gaming and digital services.
• Identify new revenue streams, customer segments and commercial opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop monetisation strategies.
• Review pricing, promotions and commercial offers to increase ARPU and product revenue.
• Support go‑to‑market planning and product launches.
• Build, recruit and manage an in‑house content team for gaming and VAS.
• Manage external marketing agencies and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare forecasts and report ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, product or commercial roles within telecoms or digital services.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and exploiting market opportunities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, technical, UAT and senior leadership teams.
• Leadership experience in building and managing content or marketing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
