Growth Manager – Telecoms, VAS & Gaming (Relocation to Iraq)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our Telecommunications Value Added Services (VAS), gaming, and digital product portfolio in Erbil, Iraq. You will own the end‑to‑end growth strategy, from market analysis to revenue generation, while building an in‑house content team and collaborating with global marketing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute growth plans for VAS, gaming and digital products.
• Identify new revenue streams, customer segments and commercial opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop monetisation strategies.
• Review pricing, promotions and commercial offers to increase ARPU and product revenue.
• Support go‑to‑market planning, product launches and post‑launch performance monitoring.
• Design and implement customer acquisition, activation and retention initiatives.
• Build, recruit and manage an in‑house content team for gaming and digital services.
• Manage external agencies, media partners and strategic commercial partnerships.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, performance reports and ROI analyses.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Growth Manager, Commercial Manager, Product Growth Manager or Digital Marketing professional.
• Background in telecommunications, Telecom VAS, gaming, mobile apps, subscription services or digital products.
• Proven ability to attract, engage and retain digital customers.
