Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Dev Vision, Digital Vision's software studio, is expanding its technology team and seeks an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build sophisticated digital products across UI/UX, backend, and local infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement polished, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain enterprise‑grade backend services with C#/.NET and PostgreSQL.
• Create and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and third‑party services.
• Deploy and manage on‑premise software environments, including local servers and LAN‑based systems.
• Handle offline‑first scenarios, data synchronization, backups, and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack development and modern frontend architecture.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to turn designs into functional interfaces.
• Proven ability to take ownership of features from concept through deployment.
• Experience with healthcare technology (e.g., EMR, HL7, FHIR, DICOM) is a major advantage.
